Amy resides in Virginia with her husband and three sons. In 2020, she founded Museum Quality Art, an online artwork platform dedicated to connecting collectors with artists, galleries, and museums around the world.

Her own artwork is inspired by memory, atmosphere, and the quiet emotional spaces between realism and abstraction, drawing influence from early-to-mid-twentieth century painting and its juxtaposition to contemporary life.
